My refund is scheduled for the 22nd of February but I just received an email that my bank account is going to close at midnight the 20th what happens to my refund ?

If the info you provided turns out to be for a closed account, the government will mail you a refund check.

how long does this take?

The only time frame I could find for paper checks was 4 weeks, but that was from the beginning if you chose a refund by paper check.
