My federal taxes were “approved “ but I never received them ? The irs sent me two forms of identification verification to confirm my identity? Why haven’t I gotten my taxes yet ?

The IRS website states you will need to schedule an appointment locally and bring the requested documents. Were you able to do that to verify your identity?
