They guarantee their forms will do the correct calculations, they don't guarantee the data entry that customers put in themselves.

thank you! I just reviewed the form and it looks like the form was not filled out correctly; the software did not fill out part III of form 2441 (despite what I believe to be correct entries by me). That is what the IRS is complaining about and they seem to be correct. What to do now? Do you know how I can get someone at Intuit to review my tax return and help me out?

Part III is the section about Dependent Care benefits..... That information would have come from Box 10 on your W2 and been automatically entered in Part III. Did you miss that box on the W2? Sometimes that box is hard to notice depending on the style of W2.

somehow/some way....yes, it now appears I didn't enter box 10. So it appears to be my bad. Thank you so much for your help!

Youre welcome.....I know sometimes Box 10 is a challenge to notice on the W2.
