The IRS said my federal return got sent out on the 15th, it’s now the 23rd and TurboTax hasn’t credited my Credit Karma account. Why is it taking so long?

Did you elect to pay your TurboTax fees with your refund? When you choose to pay your TurboTax fees with your tax refund, your refund is handled through Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (TPG) which is a refund processing service. Once TPG is notified that your refund has been processed and is on the way, your TurboTax fees will be paid and shown as completed and then they will send your refund to you within a week of TPG receiving it from the IRS. You can go to the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group website if you need assistance with your refund.
