I received a letter from the IRS that they changed my 2020 tax return. This resulted in a change to my AGI and refund amount. What is the best way to get these changes back into my 2020 forms in TurboTax so they will match the IRS records, and will not affect 2021 return?

what was changed?
In most cases, this does not affect your next year tax return; there is nothing to do.
If you want to open your 2020 return and create an amendment you can do that and then carry forward to 2021 but I agree with @fanfare there isn't a good reason to go through all the work.
The only concern is when you file your return and enter the AGI to file your taxes. Your original AGI is usually the one used but yours may reject and need to use the altered AGI the IRS sent.
IRS always matches AGI from your original Form 1040.
The IRS letter did not state what was actually changed, just that additional refund was due. I obtained the account transcript and see that the difference in my AGI matched the amount leftover from the unemployment compensation exclusion. I was concerned my AGI would not match the IRS record, but did not know that the original AGI is used to match. Also, I thought I should have my records match the IRS going forward.
