My Federal tax refund has NOT been sent to my turbotax prepaid card - wondering why? I've have checked with the IRS website and the date for deposit is today 02/22/2018.

The IRS asks that you allow up to 5 days from the listed deposit date for your funds to appear in your bank account. Also, many financial institutions do not process payments on weekends or holidays, which can affect when refunds reach taxpayers.
