The eMail I received from Turbo tax stated that I would need to print and submit an extra form for the state of OK, but did not say which one. Can you help me with that?

The eMail did not state which form, when I looked through the PDF of the OK form, it wasn't clear which form needed to be submitted separate from the efile.

When you print/view your state tax return the filing instructions will give you the specific form you need to mail along with the address of where to mail it.
