Every time I try to call the number its telling me I have an invalid entry, its been over a month and I have not received my card The number is not a option after30 tries

Turbo tax prepare card services not accepting my details ,so I can order a new card

When you call the number, select Option 1, then 2 to request a new card.

Thats what I was doing
