Taxes were accepted on Feb 6th . still no refund.When I spoke with someone at the IRS they said they only received 2 W2s.TT is showing all 4. anyone else have this issue?

They only received 2 W2 from who? On your tax return or from your employer? Did you enter 2 of them after you filed the first 2?

From me not my employer’s. I submitted all 4 via turbo tax. When I log in and look at my documents on here it even shows I entered all 4 From the employers, but iRS is showing that they on received two from me/turbo tax

That is not clear. Did you work for 4 different employers and only 2 sent W-2's to the IRS?
