Electronically filed taxes through TurboTax more than 21 days ago. Now when I go to IRS2Go I get error message that says information presented is not correct. After double and triple checking, the information is exactly correct. What can I do?

First, try using a desktop computer to check the status of your return, That app is pretty new.
If that doesn't help you will probably have to call the service to figure out what the status is. Here is how to contact the IRS.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
Your federal refund amount is on line 35a of your Form 1040
