Tax refund returned to federal and state. They need a fax that has new address on it. Address is 1300 Smead St - Logansport, IN 46947. Is this something you can do?

Unfortunately this is not something we can help with. You will need to contact the IRS and your state and give them the updated information (address). They will let you know what they need from you and the best way you get it to them.
