Tax Refund Limitations for Direct Deposit

Hello. 

I was reading some material on the IRS website (I have already filed), and the Website states that "...is limiting the number of refunds direct deposited into one account to 3 per year..."

My question is this: 

I had 9 seperate employers last year, no other income to claim. 

would this count as 9 refunds or would all 9 of these jobs count as 1 tax refund?

ALL of your income was supposed to be on the same tax return so that means ONE refund.
