My tax expert that was recommended by turbo missed some documents. They forgot to add all my Ira contributions for 2024. My filings got sent to irs and were accepted. Shouldn’t turbo give me back my money and help me amend my taxes for free? After all I submitted my documents, shouldn’t the tax expert have seen that.

While this may not be the case for you.....
Make sure you are not confusing your contributions to something like a 401k plan, thru your employer, as an IRA.
Anything already showing as a contribution, in box 12 of your W-2 is not the same thing as a traditional IRA contribution.
____________
Some states with Auto-IRA plans, the contributions they "might" show up in box 14 of the W-2, or not at all but instead on separate paperwork......and then yeah, those are IRA contributions.
