Tax Credits - Health Insurance thru the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare Care)

I already submitted my tax forms then realized that I was not asked anything about the tax credit & my health insurance thru the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).  Is this new this year (for tax year 2019) that they don't ask anything about health insurance.  I was asked in the previous years, since 2014.

Since the individual mandate penalty for not having health insurance was removed from the tax code after tax year 2018, the question on the tax return asking if you had health care coverage was removed.

If you have e-filed your tax return and need to change, add or delete information on the tax return then you will need to wait for the tax return to either be accepted or rejected by the IRS.
If the tax return is rejected then you can make your changes and re-file the tax return.
If the tax return is accepted then you will have to amend the tax return to make your changes. An amended tax, Form 1040X, return can only be printed, signed, dated and mailed by you to the IRS, it cannot be e-filed. The IRS will take up to 4 months to process the amended tax return. Wait until you have received the tax refund or the taxes owed have been paid and processed by the IRS before amending the tax return.

Thank you very much for this info.  The turbo tax form never ever asked me anything about the tax credit nor did it provide the 1095-A form like it did in previous years.  So is this new this year??
