I submitted my tax return and forgot to add a 1099-int and a 1098-T on my tax return. Since I ended up owing, before April 15 I made a payment for STATE and created an OPA for federal since I couldn't pay all in full. Later on I saw the other forms I did not submit and amended the return - once I amended it, I owed like 10 more bucks for state and for federal. However once I was ready to fully file it did not allow me to process a payment for STATE of 10 extra bucks I owed. What should I do in this situation ? will they send me an additional bill since I already paid the other amount for state in my initial tax return.

Which state? You can go on your state website and make a payment. Also, when you print our your form you should be given instructions on how to make the payment to your state.

Is there a way to pay them online because the document states info of sending it by mail
