Last year I received a Tax Advance. This year it keeps telling me i cant do to my info not matching. All of my info is the exact same as last year. I feel like this os a tactic to force me to add live services as thats all they ask when you call in. No resolution at all.

I've been using TurboTax for maybe 10 years. I've never had any issues with doing my taxes. However, now that I'm trying to do something differently, I'm finding out all the horror behind this. They literally have no customer service. Their chat service is completely useless and so are the people that replied to these forums. I'm still waiting on a response while I'm seeing other people getting updates on their posts. If I would have known more about this company and how terrible their service actually is, I would never would have used them. I am very upset and disappointed with what's happened. I feel like I'm left in the dark because I literally have no idea what's going on with my refund.
We would not be able to see the return to see what is not matching. You would need to call us by phone, so an agent can review your screen to see what is showing. @Brytanie001
