STPG Funds back to the IRS

After waiting 2-3 months with stpg and multiple bank print checks resent out I have never got my refund. Finally asked STPG to have my funds sent back to the IRS since they have my updated address on file. Was told sending funds back to the IRS is not available at this time and they don't have a time frame for when this will be available so guess its just time to wait even longer and hope lol

Checks from STPG come in plain envelopes, and might be mistaken for junk mail.  Could you thrown them out?
