Stimulus Offset Payments w/Injured Spouse

Has anyone received their portion of the stimulus payment to date? 

I filed my our joint taxes Feb 17th, complete with injured spouses form. My husband owes a child support debt, so all of the 1st stimulus check was completely offset, even though I was told the payments were to be based off of our 2018 filing  which also included the injured spouse form (as 2019 had not been processed BECAUSE OF THE INJURED SPOUSE which takes an additional 11-14wks). In early June I called and was told I would be receiving an income verification notice so I faxed the needed info prior to actually receiving the notice.  It is now August 6th, past the 60 day "waiting period", and as I am on hold with the IRS agent, I am being told possibly another 60 days for processing due to short-staffing. My concern is that a 2nd payment may be sent, and this ugly cycle will begin again.

That might happen; TurboTax has no control over what happens with your stimulus check.  But as of today. Congress has not even voted on a second stimulus check.
