I haven,t received my card in the mail yet

My sister filed January 11th and still hasn’t received her card. Does anybody have any suggestions on what she needs to do? She’s called and called and called and can’t get an actual person on the phone. Help please!

I filed on the first of Feb 2019, still have not received a card, my refund is in the account,  I need to pay bills and rent, I called customer service and said I have to email them my photo I.D. for verification before they can even send me a new one, this is ridiculous and I'm never using turbo tax ever again.  Free my butt, it's going to cost 5 dollars to send a replacement for a card I never got?? This is definitely a scam.. And I'm furious...

If I would have  read these comments  first, I   definitely  wouldn't have  chosen to  deposit  my refund on  the card.I filed  02/02/19 and still haven't received the card in the mail.I have 3 kids and I am facing eviction.This is very sickening, My money  is there but I can't  get to it to handle  my business.If I don't  get  my money  soon I'm  going to  contact  my  local  news station to bring  attention  to  this situation.I will never use this service  again.

Still waiting on my second card! Ugh, why didn't I use HR Block, I never had this problem, never again turbo tax! Just wondering with the bank having all our money do you suppose they do it on purpose to earn interest on our money???? This is frustrating

I've used turbotax for years and this is the first time I've had a problem. I can't even order a replacement. It keeps asking me for my card number but i haven't received one yet. Any number i call is just automated messages that end up hanging up on me. And the one time i got a real person on the line they told me they're not affiliated with turbotax. I just need my mother f***ing money. Can anyone give me a number of a real person so i can get my refund that i should have gotten a week ago?
