State Taxes

My State Tax was accepted on 3/02/2019; I received my Federal before my State I had gotten that back fast they haven't sent me anything in the mail saying I owe anyone. I was wondering why I haven't received it yet ; it's been four months; but I called the automated number its saying they received it and it's been reviewed it shouldn't take this long its been more than 90 days.

call again.  TT receives no updates as to why refunds are delayed.  this time try to get through to a human.

All you can do is call the state if the return has been delayed in processing to see what the issue is.
