State taxes

Hello,

I did all taxes and Colorado state taxes still shows pending.

but I received a email that says “Don't forget your Colorado state taxes... and 

Complete your state taxes with ease”

but I already submit and finished my taxes and it shows pending for state and accepted for federal.

is it normal to receive this email or ?

It's normal to receive the e-mail, you can ignore.

As far as Colorado still being pending, it is typical for some states to take several days to be accepted after the federal return has been accepted.
