Sorry those are a mandatory tax. You don't get those back. But if you had more than 1 employer and went over the max for Social Security you can get the excess back.
For 2023 the max for Social Security is $9,932.40 on $160,200 of wages (160,200 x 6.2%). W2 box 4.

The amounts withheld for SS and/or Medicare are not refundable nor do you get any deduction or credit for those amounts. Your income tax refund is based on amounts in boxes 2 and 17 of your W-2.
