So I have a trust account and have not received my schedule k-1 from the trustee/executor. So I did not use the trust statements for the my personal. Should I amend?

Is this for a trust or an estate or did they get combined via Section 645? Is this for the 2024 calendar year or some other year?

Regardless, you need to contact the trustee or executor whichever applies to learn the status of the 1041, if one was even filed.
