So I didn't receive my state taxes last year is it to late to get it?

Did you efile or mail your state return?  If you efiled was it accepted?  You can check your efile status here.  If it doesn't show state then you didn't finish filing it.  You might have to print and mail it now.

@Stretchb2  you added on to an old posts from years ago.  What is your question?  Are you looking for a 2018 state refund?  What did you mail?  Your tax return?  Did you mail federal to the IRS and mail state separately to the state?  They go to different places.  Did the IRS or state get your return?  You need to call them.
