I accidentally claimed myself as an exemption on my 1040ez and I am amending my taxes. Can anyone tell me what to do on line 4 of 1040x because I am confused.

Since you are no longer claiming your own personal exemption, you will change the exemption from a "1" to a "0". So the original amount is 1, the net change is 1, and the correct amount is 0.
