Yes, if you claimed the wrong filing status, you will need to amend that return and change to the correct filing status. 

And if you filed your 2015 return with TurboTax, you can go here https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3410543 and get instructions for amending that 2015 return. 

NOTE: Amended returns will need to be printed and mailed since they cannot be e-filed. They can take up to 16 weeks to be processed. If you did not file your 2015 return with TurboTax, you can go here on the IRS website https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs and print the 2015 forms to complete and mail.
