Should my "State and Local Tax Refund Summary" Exceed the amount I got back as a refund, and the amount Turbo Tax calculated as the taxable portion of my refund?

My 1099-g is the lowest of the three calculations, when I go through TurboTax's taxable refund calculator, I get a middle amount, but the amount TurboTax entered into my State's "State and Local Tax Refund Summary" exceeds both.  This seems like an obvious error?

You may need to delete the form and reenter your information. You can follow the instructions in this TurboTax FAQ on how to delete a form. You may also have to log out of the program, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in.
