I'm not very familiar with taxes. Anyone else get the delay with ref 1541??

I cant figure out what happened! They said to check the wmr on the 15th and I did and got the your refund is delayed and if you have questions, call with the ref number 1541. I did, and the lady said well the account was processed. It's not telling me anything but she doesn't know why I got the ref number. What does it mean?! I'm relying on my taxes really bad this year
