MY REFUND IS SUPPOSED TO DEPOSIT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT TODAY FEB 4TH AND IT IS STILL NOT THERE, WMR DOESNT SHOW SENT AND DOESNT ON HERE BUT HAS A DIRECT DEPOSIT DATE OF TODAY WTF TURBO TAX. I PAID MYSELF FOR MY TAXES SO I DID NOT HAVE TO USE A 3RD PARTY. I ALSO PAID TO GET IT EARLY AND WAS CHARGED FOR THEM TO SAY THEY COULD NOT. YALL DO NOT USE THIER 7 DAY EARLY FEATURE THEY TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND DONT DELIVER.

I’m glad it’s not just me.  Mine was set to deposit today and it’s not sent. Back doesn’t see it pending. I’ve never had a tax refund not show up on the exact day it’s supposed to. I also tried the 25 and they couldn’t do it.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. If WMR doesn't show sent, it was not. They are who release the refund so you need to go by the information shown there.

Due to PATH Act, the IRS holds refunds for EITC/ACTC customers until March 3.

I can read the IRS website. I don’t have path I don’t have earned income credit. I have never had my refund not deposited or sent on the day they said they would send it. It’s a little fishy to me the other person has the same issue and we both had opted for the 5 day guarantee and they were not able to fulfill that offer. I have no notices from the irs nothing. I’m not brand new.
