SBTPG sending refunds

TurboTax couldn't figure out what the problem is. Usually when IRS site says a date I have money minus fees a day or so later. I have never had this much of a delay

Any more news on sbtpg I did CK card ecic my ddd is 2/24 I checked the web site still says unfunded hopefully it will be there later.today

I just checked. Now says my ss # is invalid. I checked IRS site still says it was done 2/9..and should have been received by now. 

I would say we call TurboTax. You can't get a hold of 3rd party.

Sbtpg had a message pop up that they were processing refunds cause I can't login anymore and I know some people had updates as of today so did I at 4am and ever since then I can't login

I can't log in I fell asleep waiting for the update lol my deposit date is tomorrow so I was just wanting to see if they had already received the refund

If you call the hit option 3 put in 6 random numbers when it says invalid it will ask if you filed in 2021 the option for no is what you hit you will be on hole for about an hour I call yesterday they said they had my funds that my fees will be taken today and my refund will be effective in my account between 12 midnight tonight and 6 am Thursday my irs DDD is 2/24/22 so I'm hoping the information is accurate or im so screwed

My ddd was 2-16 the irs says they sent it. My turbo tax bill says paid and sbtpg says unfunded. I have no clue where my money is but everyone else is getting paid. Tt says they can’t help so idk what to do. The irs says they sent it I guess I am just out of luck. Never will I use tt or ck again

I'm in same boat. Mine was sent 2/9 and to contact bank after 2/14. My bank doesn't have it. I checked SBTPG site and says unfunded. Never had issue before

My refund was so incredibly short and I can’t even get though to anyone.

I still haven’t received my refund. IRS said they sent it on 02/09 and check the bank if not received by 02/14-bank doesn’t have it or it’s not even pending. Sbtpg site says unfunded. TT Expert says if Sbtpg is unfunded we don’t have your fees—-even tho it says payment completed. I’m so confused as I can’t get a straight answer from any turbo tax expert or Santa Barbara customer service agent. This has nothing to do with the stupid path article either. They messed up somewhere. Oh and my husband and I don’t have any offsets either. It all just seems a little sus.
