Sales tax refund question for timely filed return should be blank - colorado

Turbotax won't file my Colorado return. Complains about my  "filed on or before 4/15" (yes, if I can get it filed) question and incarcerated for 180 days question (no)

I don't understand. You have marked those entries correctly - indeed, that is exactly how my test is marked.

So, did these messages pop up in the Review or when you actually tried to e-file? 

Are you using the desktop software? Windows or Mac?

Desktop/Windows version. When I went to efile, it said I needed another review and came up with the two issues listed and wouldn't let me file. Just went into a loop saying it had to review before efiling. I had to leave these blank in order to file my return, which I have now done. I don't know if it's relevant but I'm now overseas in a country that uses dd/mm/yr format (New Zealand) and filled out the Colorado taxes for a partial year. I changed my system back to mm/dd/yr but it didn't make a difference. My suggestion is, if there's an error like this, you allow the return to be filed anyway.

I had this same issue when I was filing today. It allowed me to still submit it with the error message by just clicking "Done" after doing the extra reviews. It then popped back up after I finished the state return, and I just clicked Review and selected Done again and it stopped complaining about it.

I am having this IDENTICAL issue.  Exactly the same.  And I'm trying to e-file in the U.S. on a Windows computer.
