Roth Original contribution date

I have had a Roth IRA twenty plus years. It has changed adminstrators a few times, and has been with Edward Jones 8 years. I am over 59.5. 

I have no idea the date of my first contribution and Turbo Tax asks for it. What should I do since I can prove I’ve had it more than five years?
