How do I request my money back? I was scammed and not told I couldn't efile until after I paid. Also was not asked about using de minimus safe harbor. I didn't find these errors until after I paid. I never clicked "I'm done" tried to back out because I couldn't finish then. Also why was I charged for state efile when I can't efile? Why isn't there a customer service email? Please contact me. Ready to leave bad ratings for TurboTax everywhere for cheating me out of my money.
