Report Business Federal Tax estimated tax?

I accidentally prepaid federal taxes for my business (thinking I was paying sales tax to my state- dumb mistake).

My total income this year is in the negative, so I wont pay taxes or get a refund. In TurboTax Business, is there a way I can report the accidental estimated tax payment and get a refund back from my (over) estimated taxes?

what type of business and what form did you use to make those payments or what did you designate they were for when you paid them. be specific.
