Rejected Tax Return

My 2020 Tax Return keeps getting rejected for an incorrect AGI even though the  2019 AGI I am entering matches my official transcript on the IRS website.  I did file my 2019 as a paper return last year.

Does anyone have any ideas?  I really don't want to mail my 2020 return.  I would like to e-file it.

Thank you

Pam

Please see What if I entered the correct AGI and I’m still getting an e-file reject? for guidance on fixing your e-file reject due to your adjusted gross income (AGI).

Thank you-I tried all of those options and nothing worked.

If you’ve tried everything and nothing works, you can still file a paper return by printing out copies of your federal and state returns and mailing them. TurboTax will include File by Mail Instructions on where to send your returns and what forms, if any, you need to include.
