reinstall turbtax software to same laptop but fail to activate using the same license code

Hi, 

I purchased turbo tax 2021 CD from Costco and installed it in my macbook to file tax for 2021. I deleted the software by mistake, but now I realize I need file amend. I reinstall the software to the same laptop using the same CD, and tried to activate it using the same license code, it returned the error message that “All available activations for that code have been used. Error code: 603“

Could you please provide help about how I could log into turbotax 2021 software to find my filing and make amend?

I believe this is for online account, I'm using software version (CD), so I'm guessing it is not applicable to my cases?
