Regarding Form 8962

Does TurboTax send a copy to the IRS electronically or do I have to file out and physically mail in a copy to the IRS?

Only asking because I got back my state taxes no problem, but still cannot even see a date on when I will get my federal taxes.

If you have received a form 1095-A and have entered it on your tax return, then TurboTax will automatically prepare form 8962 and include it in your tax return e-filed with the IRS. 

You do not have to mail a copy to the IRS.
