File my taxes was except by state and federal still like to know why it's saying being processed it's over the 21 days

Once your returns are accepted, only the IRS & State will know why your returns are still processing &  when your will receive your refund.  TurboTax does not get any updates regarding the processing of your return or when you will receive your refund.

You can checked the IRS website Where's My Refund for your Federal information?
