It's not the government. Sbtpg got our money they just are not releasing it. I have a trace # but my bank can not see a deposit.
Oh for sure I do a lot of peoples taxes through turbo tax and we WILL NOT BE USING TURBO TAX OR CREDIT KARMA NO MORE!! I feel they are holding our money because if i sent my refund to my bank I would had it by 6am no later but two days ago!! This is bad business and the Credit Karma reps have no care in the world and they are rude!! All they are doing is holding our money and I want a refund for the 5 days early thing because lets face it it did not happen at all that was a scam!!!!
I don't think anyone got the 5 days early. My son got his taxes at the beginning of the week and he filed after me. He did not use TT OR CK.

I have my trace # from sbtpg. So they sent it out. And TT sent me an email saying that it was on its way so it has to be TT or CK.
My Deposit just hit. - I’m in Michigan
I'm in WV still nothing.
@Vp47I just got mine. I checked to see my tracking number and it literally just hit at 1:54 EST I'm in Georgia
People need solutions and not the run around. There is not a clear chain of order and although I understand TT has no information on the matter but no solution is offered either, from anyone people are getting desperate and frustrated. People need an answer. I don’t think we need to be rude to these people of service either. I’m at the point I’m going to get it eventually, but since this is the longest process ever in my tax history, I will not be trying anything new next tax season.

@ZTT we understand you don't handle refunds yet you misinform clients with bad information. Now according to turbotax, they do work with credit karma which is the company assigned to issue our refunds via the credit karma card so while you may feel a type of way about the disgruntled clients calling in looking for their money, turbotax should take some ownership as to where people refunds are because they hire the 3rd party bank to do the transfers and again they partner with credit karma and has mislead people into believing that they can help us get our refund faster. Now it's one thing to not get it 5 days faster as they promised but it's a different ball game to wake up on deposit day to no deposit. You're human so you know whats up. It's not your money missing so you have an issue with someone asking questions yet if it was yours you'd understand where we are coming from. Lighten up, you're just an employee not their spokesman so don't attempt to fight a battle that you have no fight in.

@ZTT I don’t believe I was placing the blame on any specific entity. I asked a question. I’m sorry that you are dealing with what you are. However, my question was not originally posted for you to have a stress outlet. Or to YELL AT ANYONE. I hope your day improves.
Just received refund. 1:20 central standard time. I hope everyone who hasn’t received theirs does so, very soon!
I have but its short 232, seems like this 3rd party company is a scam and both them and turbo tax should be sued for stealing people money!
