@ZTT we understand you don't handle refunds yet you misinform clients with bad information. Now according to turbotax, they do work with credit karma which is the company assigned to issue our refunds via the credit karma card so while you may feel a type of way about the disgruntled clients calling in looking for their money, turbotax should take some ownership as to where people refunds are because they hire the 3rd party bank to do the transfers and again they partner with credit karma and has mislead people into believing that they can help us get our refund faster. Now it's one thing to not get it 5 days faster as they promised but it's a different ball game to wake up on deposit day to no deposit. You're human so you know whats up. It's not your money missing so you have an issue with someone asking questions yet if it was yours you'd understand where we are coming from. Lighten up, you're just an employee not their spokesman so don't attempt to fight a battle that you have no fight in.
