Refund missing

Hello, I never received my tax refund from when I filed last year. I got frustrated the few times I’ve tried to call and ended up forgetting about it. Anyways, I accidentally signed up for my refund to go on a card last year, only received a credit karma card in the mail, and it has $0 on it. I know that the refund was successfully deposited but I never received a turbo tax debit card. Is there any way to get another card sent with the money transferred?

This did not work. I was still unable to contact anyone about this claim and because I never received the card, I can't make an account to report it lost.

When you call the number, you will need to follow the prompts. You can try to enter your social security number, in order to get through the prompts.
