REFUND LESS

I e-filed using TT. There is a 203.00 difference between what IRS website and what was directly deposited in my bank account. According to TT, fees amounting to 98.00 were deducted but there is still 105.00 unaccounted for. Please explain where this money is and how I access it. Do I need to contact IRS ? There was no info on your Tax e-file program explaining any other fees. Is this a scam ? Why can't I get anyone to answer your phone. I have been on hold for 53 minutes.
