Refund amount is less

Was originally supposed to get back from federal $7499 before forcing me to upgrade to deluxe in order to efile both federal and state, which cost me $147 to do, which now brings my federal return to $7352.  Then received a deposit today from TPG Products instead of IRS for my federal in the amount of $7201.09, which is SHORT $150.91...whyyyy??? I already paid the $147 fees that was already deducted.. Called turbotax and representative said total fees for  efiling both state and federal and processing fees were $150.91 which they took and that the $147 never was taken out..ummm yes it was..do the math.. so basically they bamboozled me for  $297.91 over  something that's advertised as FREE TO DO!!!!! If you chose to have your fees deducted from your federal refund, those fees were not taken out until after your refund was issued by the IRS.   At that time, the third party bank took your fees from your refund and sent you the remaining amount.

Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund?  (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99 or $44.99 in CA)
