refund advance

would not recommend using turbo tax if you are needing a advance. was approved when i filed my taxes but i have not received the advance. called last week and was told they did not see that i was approved, but received an email stating that i was. Turbo tax stated that the irs was testing and accepting early but i should receive my advance when the irs officially opens. still have not received my advance, spoke with someone at turbo tax again and was told it was declined despite me receiving an email of approval. no explanation and they do not know why this happened.
