I received this message after applying for the refund advance: Looks like you didn't qualify for Refund Advance. This decision is based on your current tax return information and you may still qualify for Refund Advance if your tax return is updated.
Does anyone know what this means?

Did you submit your tax return and was it accepted or rejected by the IRS? Or is it still pending?
@CatinaT1 I was in the process of submitting them but once I got the message I didn't continue.
I believe that it is due to a state offset. I have no federal offsets, I have tripled check just to be sure. If I pay that state offset in full before I file my taxes is it possible that I may be able to apply again for the refund advance? (may be reason why it says that this decision is based on your current tax return information and you may still qualify for Refund Advance if your tax return is updated.)
TIA
