Actually how long does it take to receive a decision on my advance? I filed on the 14th accepted on the 21st and no email yet regarding the advance I signed up for. The only information I can find is that you'll recieve funds within 15 mins of acceptance. To be clear, the IRS has accepted my return.

The IRS will not officially accept the return until January 27. Even though they are doing test acceptances now you will not receive the advance until it is officially accepted on or after January 27.
See this resource for more information:

That doesn't answer my question.

Thank you.
I will never be mad or upset at the regular TurboTax workers for stuff that they can't get information on, but I feel like you guys should end the refund advance. I honestly needed the advance so bad that I was about to go to h and r block, but then I remembered you guys had a refund advance. I even paid for my small offset from my state taxes before I applied and it denied me. It's crazy that even before my taxes were accepted by the IRS I couldn't get anyone to answer if I'm approved or getting it or not. I literally only applied for a 700 dollar advance for a 5 thousand dollar refund and it would not approve me. I'm not blaming the people answering the phones because I talked to quite a few and they all tried helping me, but TurboTax should either drop the refund advance or actually do it right. I offered to show proof that I paid the offset off and I tried everything I can do to get it approved and there was nothing at all anyone can do. And on top of that I don't remember filing for premium unless applying for the advance automatically makes you pay for premium. It's definitely falsely advertising for something most people can't quality for and now I'm paying for premium which I don't need at all. And if that's not bad enough I had 2 experts with me on the phone sharing my screen and neither of them can help me file my state taxes, they were completely stumped on what the error checker was doing just like me. And now that my federal return is accepted by the IRS I tried going back to state to find out that it's charging me 50 dollars up front to file. It's totally unbelievable and nobody at all there's no good explanation of why my unexisting state offset that I paid off should stop me from getting the advance, and I haven't even filed state taxes yet. It's completely crazy. But I guarantee it's probably my last year on TurboTax because I'm tired of these problems, and I know there's a lot of others that feel the same
Not exactly true, I filed early and my advance was in my account on January 22nd, 2025
