Refund Advance Scam

So I just realized that my refund advance was denied the day before my refund was even accepted by the IRS. Either First Century Bank N.A, Intuit, and CK are lying or there’s some fraudulent **bleep** going on here & I need answers NOW!!!

So I ask TurboTax for a refund from them because I was over charged and when I finally got to speak with them they tried to scam me and then hang up
