Refund advance loan

Applied for refund advance loan never received any emails on being approved or denied for turbotax or anyone else, got this green dot card in the mail last week, So where is turbotax junk now

If you are approved you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your online account. Be sure to check your spam folder for this email. Your advance will then be posted within 48 hours of your tax return being accepted by the IRS. See the link below for more information.
