Received check from credit karmas bank today so about 2 weeks after money hit bank but it is hard to get cashed or was where we live

Same here thr company I worked for shut down 6weeks ago and I have a new granddaughter that's 9 weeks old my daughter cannot afford childcare so I watch my granddaughter it sucks bad.

They closed my pend account the day I got approved for a refund advance then I never got it my account was closed like everyone else's a year early credit karma told me they sent my check out almost 2 weeks ago

I reported to the BBB and the FDIC and I see my attorney on Monday afternoon. How do we start a class action suit because it seems like enough of us that we could def do that
