Reaching a turbo tax rep as expat

The turbo tax phone number will not let you speak to a representative without entering a five digit zip code for the filed return, but many ex pats use foreign addresses that don't have five digit zips. How do we speak to a turbo tax rep if we have a foreign address?

Try using a US valid zip code to see if this may get you in just to speak to someone. Use 07086 to see if this may work.

Tried that. No go.  And I have tried saying "representative" at the zip code cue and the automated response says "we understand you want to speak to a representative but you must enter a five digit zip code."    This seems like an easy fix.  I don't use social media.   Going to lose a long term customer.
